My professional journey began in 1986 as a Graphic Designer at Alector Advertising, where I developed a strong foundation in design and a work ethic grounded in excellence. I then spent 23 years at Leo Burnett Advertising Group, advancing to Senior Graphic Designer and later taking on leadership roles as Executive Designer at Options Digital and CEO at Xpress Design, both Leo Burnett affiliate companies. These experiences honed

my skills in creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

In 2010, I founded Oyster Communication Design to offer a more personalised and strategic approach to branding, advertising, packaging design, and promotional materials.
